- Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care based on patient needs

Requirements:
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Three years of experience in Critical Care/Emergency Department or Labor and Delivery
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Manual dexterity and fine motor skills to manipulate equipment with precision and accuracy
Working Conditions:
- Exposure to noise, vibration, and dehydrating environment of an aircraft or ground ambulance
- Unpressurized helicopter flight at altitudes which may range to 10,000 feet
- Exposure to patients with known or unknown infectious disease in an enclosed space
- Participation in on-going random drug testing program
