Support Our Clinical Team
We are seeking a dedicated Cv Specialist Cardiology Unit to join our team at Good Samaritan Hospital. As a CV Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting our clinical team, ensuring our patients receive the best care.
You will be responsible for:
- Providing technical support during invasive cardiovascular procedures.
- Providing patient care under the supervision of the RN.
- Assisting physicians in radiological imaging of cardiac and vascular procedures, maintaining sterile conditions during clinical procedures.
- Operating imaging equipment and working in the control room monitoring and documenting procedure images and events.
Key Responsibilities
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Registered ARRT or Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Technologist RCIS within 18 months of hire, or Registered Respiratory Therapist with CV Specific certification.
- RCIS or RCES.
- Current Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (BLS-HCP).
