Diagnostic Imaging Specialist

As a Diagnostic Imaging Specialist at Intermountain Health, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clinical team, ensuring our patients receive the best care. This position performs all types of cardiac ultrasound including Echocardiograms, Stress Echos, TEE's, structural heart procedures under the direction of a physician for identification of abnormalities leading to patient diagnosis.

Job Responsibilities:

• Performs a variety of ultrasound procedures that utilize high frequency sound waves to evaluate internal organs and vessels for the diagnosis of disease.
• Reviews and evaluates completed tests for quality, completeness, and type of test ordered.
• Ensures safe and effective hand off between shifts by communicating clearly with oncoming shift.

We are seeking a highly skilled Sonographer for Cardiac Health to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in performing various types of cardiac ultrasounds, including Echocardiograms, Stress Echos, and TEE's.
