We're seeking a skilled family medicine physician to join our team at Sevier Valley Hospital. Key Responsibilities
We're looking for a skilled physician who can provide clinical services, including diagnosis, evaluation, and treatment of conditions requiring medical care. You'll also be responsible for consulting with other providers, performing patient care duties, and maintaining a high standard of care. Additionally, you may be required to take call, which includes hospital emergency coverage and on-call schedules.
Required Qualifications
To be considered for this position, you must have a Medical Doctor or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine Degree, as well as completion of graduate medical education training program in family medicine. You should also be board-certified in family medicine and hold active medical licensure in the state of Utah. Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) and DEA Registration are also required.
