Requirements:
- M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited medical school.
- U.S. ACGME-accredited residency training in Gastroenterology.
- Active, unobstructed Utah medical license or ability to obtain one.
- Board certification or eligibility in Gastroenterology.
- BLS certification and DEA registration.
