Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and optimize patient satisfaction.
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement clinical protocols and guidelines.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of MRI technologists and other support staff to ensure seamless operation of the department.
- Participate in continuous education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest advances in diagnostic imaging technology and techniques.
- Assist with budget planning and management to ensure effective use of resources.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in a related field, such as healthcare administration or business administration.
- Minimum five years of experience in MRI, preferably in a leadership role.
- Current licensure as a Radiologic Technologist in the state of Utah.
- MR registered technologist with ARRT.
- Basic life support (BLS) certification for healthcare providers.
