Responsibilities
- Assess and recognize patients' psychological and physical needs.
- Foster quality care with the best interests of patients and their families in mind.
- Develop individualized treatment plans.
- Comply with evaluation, treatment, and documentation guidelines.
- Oversee care delivered by LPNs and/or CNAs.
- Participate in clinical team conferences.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
- Current Registered Nurse license in the state of practice required.
- Current BLS certification endorsed by the American Heart Association.
- One year of nursing experience in a comparable setting preferred.
