In our ICU, you will be part of a talented team of professionals dedicated to delivering exceptional care to critically ill patients. As a Registered Nurse, your primary responsibility will be to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, utilizing the nursing process to inform your decisions.
You will have access to advanced technologies and equipment, such as IABP and CRRT, which you will use to develop and implement comprehensive care plans. Effective communication and collaboration with patients, families, and colleagues are vital to ensuring seamless care delivery.
Our 38-bed ICU is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, including 24 ICU beds and 14 CVICU beds. We serve a diverse population with complex diagnoses, ranging from multi-system trauma to STEMI, CABG with valve replacement, and stroke to end-stage chronic illnesses.
To excel in this role, you must possess strong critical thinking skills, ability to analyze complex situations, and adaptability in response to changing patient needs. Honed skills and experience with IABP, CRRT, and other advanced modalities are also highly valued.
