At Intermountain Health, we are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Mental Health Professional to join our multidisciplinary team at Primary Children's Summit Day Programs. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented professional passionate about working with adolescents aged 12-18 to make a meaningful difference in the lives of struggling teens.
The successful candidate will utilize their clinical expertise to perform psychosocial assessments, develop and implement plans of care, assess crisis situations to provide needed resources and referrals for patients, families, and individuals. They will also provide family, individual, and group therapy as indicated. This role requires collaboration with patients, families, healthcare providers, insurers, community resources, and other involved parties to ensure effective communication and coordination.
