We are seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Critical Care Team Member to join our team. As a member of our neonatal air ambulance team, you will provide critical care to seriously ill patients in diverse, non-traditional settings. This role requires advanced nursing skills, the ability to assess and implement individualized care plans, and compliance with legal and ethical standards in high-stress environments. The nurse collaborates closely with healthcare teams and must maintain certifications while effectively managing patient care in various conditions.

Requirements:
• Current RN License in state of practice
• BLS Certification for healthcare providers
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
• Certification(s) as appropriate to area(s) of practice
• Three years of Critical Care/Emergency Department or Labor and Delivery experience
• Current experience in area of practice required
• Must be able to be at the Life Flight fixed wing base location within 30 minutes of dispatch
• Rotor Wing RNs must weigh less than 216 pounds fully-dressed at the time of hire and must maintain that weight
