About this Role:
As a Registered Nurse in our Intermediate Care unit, you will be responsible for assessing, recognizing, and addressing patients' psychological and physical needs. You will foster quality care with the best interests of patients and their families in mind.
You will communicate compassionately and effectively, assist in developing individualized treatment plans, and comply with evaluation, treatment, and documentation guidelines. Additionally, you will oversee care delivered by LPNs and/or CNAs, participate in clinical team conferences, and follow hospital, regulatory, and professional guidelines, policies, and procedures.
