Key Responsibilities:
- Staffing: Develops staffing matrices that facilitate safe, quality patient care using practice standards and stewarding resources.
- Performance Improvement: Facilitates performance improvement by identifying key performance indicators, establishing data collection methodology, evaluates data, and responds to findings with the development of action plans.
- Clinical Practice Knowledge: Demonstrates a growing knowledge of the patient populations and standards of care delivery in which the unit(s) serve.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN).
- Current license to practice in the state of assigned position (or ability to obtain license).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) upon hire.
- Advanced Care Life Support (ACLS) within 6 months of hire.
