The Role of a Staff RN in Our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Intermountain Health. As a Staff RN, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care.
In this role, you will utilize the nursing process to coordinate care with other health team members and provide evidence-based practice. You will work in a 20-bed unit with two operating rooms that function as a modified LDRP, providing great experiences for both staff and patients alike.
The ideal candidate will have one or more years of RN work experience and a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN). They will also possess excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing, and be able to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
