Job Description
- The Occupational Therapist will play a vital role in supporting our clinical team by providing direct patient services, including evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment.
- The therapist will develop personalized therapy programs, collaborate with the clinical team, and ensure effective communication regarding treatment plans.
- The Occupational Therapist will also be responsible for evaluating patients upon initial encounter, determining the need for occupational therapy intervention, and making referrals to other treatment team members as deemed appropriate.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited school of Occupational Therapy.
- Current license as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice.
- Current BLS certification endorsed by the American Heart Association.
Salary and Benefits
The hourly range for this position is $37.46 - $57.80. We offer a comprehensive benefits package that covers a wide range of programs to foster a sustainable culture of wellness that encompasses living healthy, happy, secure, connected, and engaged.
