Job Overview:

As a Nurse Educator at Intermountain Health, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient care and outcomes. Our team is dedicated to providing high-quality education and training to our caregivers, and we are seeking a skilled professional to join our efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement individual and group education programs to promote patient understanding and self-care.
  2. Provide clinical expertise and consultation to healthcare teams on specialty area topics.
  3. Collaborate with physicians and other care team members to develop effective patient education plans.
  4. Act as a resource person to healthcare teams, providing guidance and support on patient education and development.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.
  • Current/valid Registered Nurse license from the state licensing board required.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
  • Three (3) years relevant nursing experience and two years required.
