Job Description:
This position focuses on providing speech and feeding interventions to help patients improve their communication and feeding skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Implement and adjust care plans as needed
- Coordinate patient care with other disciplines
- Provide education to patients and families
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
- Valid/current Utah Speech Language Pathology License
- Current driver's license, insured, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record
- BLS Certification for healthcare providers
- Certificate of Clinical Competence
- Effective communication and basic computer skills
Work Environment:
This position is based in a homecare setting, working with pediatric patients in the Ogden area.
