Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Physician
We are seeking a board certified/eligible physical medicine and rehabilitation physician to join our team at Intermountain Health.
About the Position
- Work in a 20-bed St. George Regional Hospital Neuro Specialty Rehabilitation Unit, which is CARF accredited and recognized as one of the top 10% units in the country by Uniform Data Systems.
- Provide inpatient and outpatient care, with a mix of .80 FTE inpatient and .20 FTE outpatient services.
- Collaborate with a dedicated team of caregivers, including nurses, aides, techs, PT/OT/Speech therapists, social workers, and nurse practitioners.
Requirements
- Board certification or eligibility in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
- ACGME fellowship training in rehab medicine.
- Unrestricted Utah MD or DO license, or ability to obtain an unrestricted license.
- May be eligible for relocation assistance.
