Responsibilities and Expectations
- Deliver high-quality patient care in an outpatient setting.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to determine the best course of treatment for each patient.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient encounters and treatments.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Board certification or eligibility in UHM or PATH CAQ.
- Prior experience in critical care preferred.
- Unrestricted Utah MD or DO license or ability to obtain within 6 months.
- U.S. ACGME Residency/Fellowship.
- Current DEA registration.
- Current BLS Certification.
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive compensation package, including hourly rates ranging from $7.25 to $999.99, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a generous PTO plan.
