**Key Responsibilities**
- Leverage your expertise to lead the work of associates in the department, implementing directives related to adjusting staffing levels based on service needs and volumes.
- Serve as a resource and provide technical support to colleagues.
- Verify treatment plans, prescriptions, diagnoses, charts, and patient identification to ensure accurate treatment delivery.
- Prepare rooms and equipment for patients according to prescribed treatment plans.
**Requirements**
To be considered for this position, applicants must have a strong background in radiation therapy and leadership experience. A degree from an accredited radiation therapy program and current ARRT certification in radiation therapy are also required.
