Key Responsibilities
- Operate CT scanners to produce high-quality medical images
- Review and evaluate images for quality, clarity, and accuracy
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans
- Maintain a safe working environment for patients and staff
- Assist and instruct students and other radiology technologists in exam protocols and procedures
Requirements
- ARRT certification as a Registered Technologist (RT)
- BLS certification within 60 days
- Licensure in the state of practice
- IV competency within 90 days
- Fluoroscopy certification preferred
