**Responsibilities:
- Evaluating patients upon initial encounter to determine the need for occupational therapy intervention and referrals to other treatment team members
- Planning occupational therapy treatment programs based on interpretation of evaluation results
- Developing realistic goals with patient input and explaining treatment plans and goals to patients
**Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited school
- Current license as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice
- Current BLS certification endorsed by the American Heart Association
