What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sports Medicine Rehabilitation Expert position at Intermountain Health?
As a Certified Athletic Trainer with Intermountain Health, you will have the opportunity to work closely with physicians to facilitate post-operative care and injury treatment/rehabilitation. You will provide concussion treatments, perform duties for patients such as casting, splinting, brace fitting, wound care and bandaging, taking vitals, drawing up medications, and performing tests for illnesses.

A strong understanding of athletic training principles and practices is essential, as well as experience working in a variety of computer programs, including databases, word processing, and internet. Related working experience is preferred but not required.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals. A current license as an Athletic Trainer in the state of practice and National athletic trainer certification are required.
