- Leads a team(s) in providing strategic value to assigned customer(s) that include managing supplier relationships (SRM) and coordinating complex decision-making processes, implementation, and service delivery.
- Works with internal key stakeholders to establish strategic customer goals to deliver savings and efficiencies.
- Manages key stakeholder relationship management (CRM), coordinating complex projects in the supply chain.
- Responsible for annual business plans, sourcing initiative tracking, reporting, and communication on Supply Chain initiatives.
- Develops comprehensive category strategies that drive long-term value and align with business goals.
- Engages Business Stakeholders in category reviews and planning sessions.
- Identifies creative strategies to reduce costs, increase value, and mitigate risk.
- Works with COE to ensure agreements allow for monitoring KPIs.
- Provides regular updates on category performance, strategic initiatives, and market trends.
- Facilitates and co-chairs VAT or other meetings.
- Drives and leads Group Purchasing Organization engagement and initiatives.
- Supports Business Stakeholder in Contract Lifecycle Management.
- Creates a pipeline of opportunities by adopting a total cost of ownership mindset.
- Provides data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
- Develops tools and processes to streamline contract administration and enhance governance.
- Responsible for understanding contracts and managing expiration dates.
- Proactively prioritizes the next 12–18-month category portfolio.

The hourly range for this position is $57.75 - $89.14, dependent upon experience.
