About the Role:
- Provide compassionate, individualized care to patients undergoing surgical procedures.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
- Ensure accurate documentation of patient data, including medication administration, lab results, and surgical procedures.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge regarding surgical procedures, anatomy, and medical terminology.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge.
Your Qualifications:
- ASN/ADN from accredited program with ability to obtain BSN within 4 years.
- Current RN license in Colorado or compact state.
- BLS certification and ACLS/NRP/PALS as required by unit or service.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in acute care/surgical services setting.
