Ultrasound Technologist Role at Intermountain Health
We are looking for an experienced Ultrasound Technologist to join our team at Intermountain Health. In this role, you will be responsible for producing high-quality ultrasound images and collaborating with referring physicians.
The ideal candidate will have an ARRT Registry or ARDMS Registry, with successful completion of one registry pertinent to the department beyond physics. Basic life support (BLS) certification is also required. Ultrasound experience and RVT certification are highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce high-quality ultrasound images.
- Collaborate with referring physicians to ensure accurate patient care.
- Evaluate patient history and physical findings that may affect the sonographic examination.
- Document patient and procedure data consistently and correctly.
