What are the responsibilities and job description for the Urology Physician position at Intermountain Health?

About this role:
You will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience. As a Physician in Neurology, you will see a broad variety of neurology patients in an outpatient clinic setting.
This position includes a sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and student loan repayment when applicable. You will practice at Southwest Neurology Associates in St. George, UT, seeing patients in clinic four days per week (32-36 patient-facing contact hours). This is an outpatient position with no inpatient requirement. You'll join three APPs and three other neurologists, and we're looking for a general neurologist, but can easily accommodate subspecialty interests.

What you'll bring:
You should have an MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine, residency training in Neurology, Board certification or eligibility in Neurology, an active, unobstructed Utah medical license, or the ability to obtain one, and the ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health's credentialing process.
