Responsibilities
Assess and address patients' psychological and physical needs. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Comply with evaluation, treatment, and documentation guidelines. Participate in clinical team conferences.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- ASN from an accredited program;
- BSN within 4 years;
- A current Registered Nurse license in the state of practice required;
- Current BLS certification endorsed by the American Heart Association;
- One year of nursing experience in a comparable setting, preferred.
