Responsibilities and Requirements
Your responsibilities as a Radiology Technologist will include performing medical imaging examinations, communicating with patients and healthcare personnel, maintaining equipment, and adhering to safety protocols. You will also need to meet the following requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent, required
- Successful completion of an approved radiological training program, required
- Registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT), required
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association, required
