Hotel Breakfast Attendant - Part-Time

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Breakfast Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our breakfast area is clean, well-stocked, and welcoming for our guests. Duties

• Set up and break down the breakfast area each morning, ensuring all items are presented attractively.
• Prepare and replenish food items, including pastries, fruits, cereals, and beverages.
• Maintain cleanliness of the breakfast area by regularly cleaning tables, counters, and equipment.
• Assist guests with their breakfast needs, providing excellent customer service.
• Operate cash register for any applicable transactions while ensuring accuracy in handling payments.
• Adhere to food safety standards and regulations to ensure a safe dining environment.
• Assist with catering events or banquets as needed.
• Help with bussing tables and maintaining an organized dining space.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or culinary roles is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of food safety practices is essential.
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle transactions accurately.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to keep the breakfast area clean and orderly.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
• A positive attitude and willingness to help others in a team-oriented environment.
• Experience in catering or banquet services is a plus.
