To be successful in this role, you will:
- Develop, lead, and monitor a culture of high efficiency, results, and customer-oriented accounting and reporting services for internal and external stakeholders
- Oversee all accounting functions, including strategic financial decisions and accounting activities, month-end and yearly closing processes, financial and management reporting, cash management, budget, tax compliance, and internal controls
- Presents findings and collaborates with leadership on recommendations that influence the future of the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Minimum of five (5) years of progressive experience in general accounting experience with balance sheet management, including financial statement preparation and supervisory responsibility.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred
- This person should also have an understanding of health care finance and industry trends.
- Valid Montana Driver’s License (or obtain within 60 days of employment)
- Must pass a Background check prior to start date
