What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mental Health Therapist position at Interna Mental Health and Wellness?
Currently hiring:
We have three openings left at Inver Grove and Eagan for therapists who want to join our collective. We are also hiring for
- Hybrid therapists (1-2 days in-person, and the rest virtual) at both Eagan and Inver Grove Heights
- Virtual only therapists
- Evening/Weekend part-time therapists at both Eagan and Inver Grove Heights (**bonus pay)

Requirements:
- Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or related field
- Valid state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist
- Licensed in the state of Minnesota as a LP, LPCC, LICSW, or LMFT or working towards LPCC, LPC, or LICSW licensure as a pre-licensed therapist
- Proficiency in conducting assessments, diagnosing mental health disorders, and developing treatment plans
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for documentation and collaboration purposes
- Ability to collect and analyze data to evaluate treatment outcomes and inform future interventions
This is a 1099 position and therapists are paid a percentage of billable hours.
