We’re hiring a Baker to Live. Work. Explore. at the South Rim of the Grand Canyon!
Job Summary:Our Bakers prepare baked items for the dining rooms and special functions.
The Details:
Postion Type: Full-Time, Year-Round
Pay: $17.45 per hourSchedule: Typical schedule is 40 hours, 5 days/per week (may include weekends, evenings, and holidays)

Responsibilities
- Knowledge of recipe reading, knows measurements and possesses scaling ability
- Good piping skills
- Plate scaping
- Daily dessert set-up
- Daily dessert production
- Bread production
- Maintain standards of cleanliness
Qualifications
- Previous experience in volume production
- Ability to work on several tasks at once in a timely manner with minimal supervision
- Follows written and verbal direction well
- Flexible schedule, ability to rotate between AM and PM shifts as needed
- Ability to scale up/down recipe quantities
- Knowledge of recipe reading and measurement
