We operate 47 dining venues, including dining rooms, fast-casual, cafeterias, bars, employee facilities, delis and snack shops. It's high volume, fast-paced and fun! Almost half of the Yellowstone summer staff work for the Food and Beverage Operation! Job Summary:
- As a Barista, you would be responsible for combining skills that include great guest service and the ability to make hot beverages, including cappuccinos, lattes and espresso.
The Details:Position Type: SeasonalSeason Dates: Mid April - Late OctoberPay: $12.00/hour TipsSchedule: Typical schedule is 40 hours, 5 days per week (may include weekends, evenings, and holidays)

Responsibilities
- Requires a combination of skills that include great guest service and the ability to make a good latte! Hot beverages, including cappuccino, lattes and espresso, are prepared using our sophisticated coffee machines.
Qualifications
- Ability to organize and prioritize under pressure while maintaining a calm and pleasant demeanor.
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests, co-workers, and supervisors.
- Ability to absorb large amounts of information quickly: Service procedures, beverage and food menus as appropriate, comfortable using a POS system.
- Knowledge of brands, selections and recipes helpful.
- Computer experience and knowledge of ordering procedures.
- Knowledge of basic sanitation.
Physical Requirements include:
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time, approximately 8 hours.
- Must be able to walk for long periods of time.
- Must be able to lift and carry a minimum of 50 pounds.
- Must be able to bend, stretch, and reach for extended periods of time.
