Job Summary:
This position flexes between the Human Resources department and the Retail Department. This individual would report to HR Manager-Benefits, with a dotted line to Director Retail Yellowstone. The coordinator would also work closely with the Executive Director of Operations to grow and improve the employee recognition program.

Responsibilities
Hall of Fame
- Work in partnership under the supervision of the designated HR contacts to identify the employees of the week and month and the managers of the month.
- Interview each employee and create a photographic image and copy to display in the individual locations Legendary Halls of Fame.
- Install the framed photos and Halls of Fame in designated areas in each location, including Old Faithful Inn, Old Faithful Snow Lodge, Canyon, Grant, Lake, Mammoth.
- Work in partnership with Marketing and Operations to secure approval for the space allocation for the Halls of Fame.
Employee Recognition Prizes and Awards
- Collaborate with the Retail Director to select potential options for the prize items. Present samples of options at various price points to the Employee Recognition Board.
- Set up ordering options (on-line, offline) for given level of winners.
- Along with the Benefits Manager, coordinate the prizes to be sent to the employee recognition winners.
- Work with the Retail Director to cost out monthly needs and stay within the approved budgetary guidelines.
- Work with the Retail department to project needs for prizes. Oversee the inventory on hand in the Retail Distribution Center, the packaging and shipping of the products to the recipients in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Graphics and Design capabilities, utilizing Adobe Photo-shop, Canva, and other software essential to the position
- Computer literacy in Outlook, Excel, Word
- Time management
Physical Requirements include:
- Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs, sit or stand for extended periods
