We operate 47 dining venues, including dining rooms, fast-casual, cafeterias, bars, employee facilities, delis and snack shops. It's high volume, fast-paced and fun! Almost half of the Yellowstone summer staff work for the Food and Beverage Operation! Job Summary:
- As a Fast Food Crew member, you would be responsible for performing a variety of tasks in and around our quick service outlets. This is a fast paced high volume role where you will be serving guests from around the world! No prior experience is needed.
The Details:Position Type: SeasonalSeason Dates: Mid April - Late October
Pay: $15.45/hourSchedule: Typical schedule is 40 hours, 5 days per week (may include weekends, evenings, and holidays)

Responsibilities
- Provide excellent guest service in an efficient manner.
- Responsible for prep, set-up, service, clean up, and restocking of food service areas.
- Adhere to all sanitation requirements including product rotation, temperature maintenance, storage procedures, cooking requirements, and handling techniques.
- Maintain the cleanliness and order, and properly stock the kitchen, dining, and service areas.
- Complete assigned duties within each shift, focusing efforts on cleanliness and appearance of dining areas.
Qualifications
- Ability to follow all policy, procedures and service standards.
- Ability to work quickly, efficiently, and safely with all kitchen equipment.
- Ability to organize and prioritize under pressure while maintaining a pleasant demeanor.
- Adhear to appearance and uniform standards.
- Excellent communication skills. Ability to work in a team environment and follow direction.
Physical Requirements include:
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time, approximately 8 hours.
- Must be able to walk for long periods of time.
- Must be able to lift and carry a minimum of 40 pounds.
- Must be able to bend, stretch and reach for extended periods of time.
