Job Summary:
This role is responsible for managing cash deposits, preparing bank orders, and ensuring daily reconciliations. They collaborate with an armored security company for cash handling, provide window services for cash transactions, and maintain petty cash records. Additionally, they coordinate physical inventories across various departments, adhere to safety and confidentiality policies, and demonstrate a strong attention to detail while maintaining professionalism in their role.
The Details:Position Type: SeasonalSeason Dates: 4/1/2025 - 11/7/2025 Pay: $18.75/hour Schedule: Typical schedule is 40 hours, 5 days per week (may include weekends, evenings, and holidays)

Responsibilities
- Oversee all General Cashier responsibilities, including cash deposits for the General Accounting Office
- Ensure daily deposits are sent to the bank, transactions are recorded, and the safe is balanced and reconciled each day
- Prepare bank orders for coin and currency for various locations in Yellowstone, including initial location banks and exchanges
- Work closely with the armored security company for delivery receipt and deposit signing, adhering to cash handling protocols
- Count and record all vending machine deposits accurately
- Provide window services for cashing paychecks, personal checks, and selling meal coupons
- Manage the accounting aspects of physical inventories for multiple departments and ensure proper completion of inventory reports
- Maintain a professional demeanor, attend required training courses, and adhere to safety and confidentiality policies while being flexible in work scheduling
Qualifications

- Have a valid driver’s license and a good driving record for the last 3 years
- Knowledge of general office procedures
- Experience with Excel and Word
Physical Requirements include:
- Sitting at a desk for extended periods of time
- Walking, standing and bending are required when documentation is to be put into or retrieved from filing cabinets
- Lifting and transporting up to 25 pounds is required for record storage
