Job Summary:
- The Manager of Food & Beverage Field Administration is responsible for accurate payroll reporting for the entire Food and Beverage department. This position will work with Office Assistants and Food and Beverage Managers parkwide to train and support on timekeeping and payroll duties.
The Details:Position Type: SeasonalSeason Dates: Mid March - End of OctoberPay: $1,952.00 Bi- weeklySchedule: Typical schedule is 40 /- hours, 5 days/per week (may include weekends, evenings, and holidays) Schedule will vary based on operational needs and may be required to work extended hours as needed.

Responsibilities
- Train, support, motivate and follow-up with Food and Beverage Office Assistants in their job duties, instilling the goals of the Department.
- Develop and execute an opening period and ongoing mid-season training for F&B Managers and Office Assistants.
- Work closely with the Payroll Office to ensure proper Kronos timekeeping procedures are followed.
- Work directly with Food and Beverage Managers and their Assistants to ensure that Office Assistants are following proper procedures.
- Facilitate Kronos System training in all Food and Beverage operations.
- Oversee payroll reporting from each location, ensuring that hours are approved accurately and within suitable timeframes.
- Track daily and weekly payroll costs. Audit, compile and distribute Weekly Payroll Summary and Overtime Reports.
- Spot audit all aspects of Office Assistant responsibilities. Communicate inaccuracies and other problems to the Office Assistant and Food and Beverage Manager.
- Review weekly Manager Timesheets, enter time in Kronos and calculate manager payroll for Excel Payroll Reporting sheets. Maintain up-to-date manager payroll files, with job dates and wages.
- Complete employee job changes as necessary.
- Prepare and distribute budgeted payroll/revenue Excel spreadsheets for each location every fiscal period.
- Update the Food and Beverage Office Assistant manual and other training materials as needed.
- Coordinate computer access and provide technical support for the F&B field management and Office Assistants.
- Calculate and enter conference service/banquet tips in Kronos.
- Proficiently complete duties on the computer: Kronos timekeeping, Excel spreadsheets and Outlook duties.

- Knowledge of Company structure and policies helpful.
- Knowledge of Yellowstone National Park and its guest services and facilities helpful.
- In-park and over-night travel required. This position requires a flexibility to do whatever it takes to support the field operations.
- Valid driver’s license required.
Physical Requirements include:
- Must be able to stand, walk, and sit for variable amounts of time.
- Must be able to bend, stretch, and reach for variable amounts of time.
- Must be able to lift and carry 25 pounds.
- Must be able to work a varied schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
