Yellowstone's musicians have the unique opportunity to play music in some of the most historic and iconic buildings in the United States. The Details:Position Type: SeasonalSeason Dates: April 2025 - March 2026 (length of season varies depending on location)Pay: $27.50/hourSchedule: Typical schedule is 40 hours, 5 days per week (may include weekends, evenings, and holidays)

Responsibilities
- Perform all duties towards the goal of maximizing guest service and enjoyment
- Maintain a professional appearance while on duty
- Select and perform music that is appropriate for the venue
- Perform at acceptable volume levels with sensitivity to guests
- Provide appropriate instrument(s) used in the performance. Pianos are provided by Xanterra.
- Be flexible, sensitive, and responsive to guest requests and comments
- Be prompt and timely with all scheduling of performances and breaks
- Adhere to Xanterra established policy of no gratuity solicitation
Qualifications
- Knowledgeable of performance selections
- Advanced knowledge of musical instrument(s)
- Ability to interact with guests in a pleasing manner
- Ability to maintain and adjust audio equipment and instruments used in performance
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally
- If working at Roosevelt, musical talent which includes both voice and instrument skills is required, entertainment experience is preferred, and must be capable of performing one- and one-half hours’ worth of appropriate western type music
Physical Requirements include:
- Must be capable of sitting or standing for extended periods of time
