Job Summary:Supports the Manager in staffing, ensuring customer satisfaction, and overseeing daily operations while adhering to budgetary guidelines for labor and sales goals.
The Details:Position Type: SeasonalSeason Dates: May 2 - October 5, 2025 Pay: $16.35/hrSchedule: Typical schedule is 40 hours, 5 days per week (may include weekends, evenings, and holidays)

Responsibilities
- Assist the Manager with the staffing, customer satisfaction, daily procedures and operations.
- Follow all budgetary guidelines for labor and sales goals.
- Coach and ensure your associates are performing their job duties and providing customer service.
- Actively complete reports and evaluations to Managers.
- Work directly with vendors to order products and maintain inventory.
- Follow Company and departmental environmental practices, safety practices, and policies and procedures
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Must be enthusiastic, friendly and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service and detail oriented.
- Previous management experience in retail environment preferred.
- Must have skills in effective oral communication, computer, and math in addition to strong problem-solving and resolution.
Physical Requirements include:
- Must be able to walk and stand for long periods of time.
- Must be able to lift and carry a maximum of 50 pounds.
- Frequent lifting and carrying of supplies, boxes, bags of ice, and bundles of wood. Some locations require frequent trips up & down stairs.
- Must be able to bend, kneel, stretch, and reach for extended periods of time.
- Working safely with required chemicals.
