This is a 3-tier position :
Tier 1 : Account Payable
- Bookkeeping
- Payroll
- Run Financial Reports
- Time Card Review
- Open mail
- Scanning
Tier 2 : Facilities
Tier 3 : HR Assistant / Business Office Manager
Assist the Practice Manager with hiring of new employees
Complete all aspects of onboarding including all paperwork SLED, Background checks etc
Assist with staff employee record keeping as required
Arrange periodic staff reviews as per protocol in employee handbook
Arrange annual All staff meeting and help coordinate and prepare for meeting
Required to travel between 3 locations as needed. This is not a Full-Time HR position. This is a 3-tier position. Please read carefully
