What you bring to the table
As our HR Generalist, you'll be the hub connecting our talent acquisition, HR operations, and employee support functions. Leveraging your well-rounded HR expertise, you'll partner with our dedicated Talent Acquisition team to enhance our recruiting and onboarding processes. But your impact won't stop there - you'll also collaborate closely with our HR Business Partners to provide best-in-class employee relations support, drive talent management initiatives, and ensure compliance with ever-evolving labor regulations.

What you’ll do as our HR Generalist
- Recruiting & Onboarding (50%)
- Lead full-cycle recruitment and onboarding for designated roles
- Execute preboarding, new hire orientations, and maintain HRIS records
- Partner with HR team to improve talent acquisition processes
- Manage employee referral program and other assigned initiatives
- Oversee recruitment tools and support candidate travel arrangements
- HR Generalist Duties (40%)
- Facilitate employee relations, investigations, and day-to-day inquiries
- Ensure compliance with North American labor laws and regulations
- Support talent management, performance, and total rewards processes
- Coach supervisors and managers on HR-related matters
- Assist with communication and engagement initiatives
- Projects, Program Management, and Other Duties (10%)
- Lead North America engagement committees
- Provide administrative support to enhance employee experience
- Manage and lead assigned projects or programs
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business or a related field
- Two to five years of HR experience, with a strong focus on recruiting, including search firm engagement and management
- Two to four years of sourcing experience using a variety of sourcing tools (LinkedIn, agencies, employee referral campaigns, job fairs, etc.) for a variety of level positions
- Experience with HRIS and ATS systems
- Knowledge of federal and state laws which affect US employment
Preferred qualifications:
- Global or multi-region HR experience is a plus
- HR certification (SHRM, PHR) is a plus
- Knowledge of Canadian employment laws is a plus
