Position Summary
The Assistant Property Manager will report directly to the Property Manager and assist in managing the day-to-day operations of our apartment community. This positions’ primary responsibilities will include leasing apartments, providing exceptional customer service to residents, participating in marketing efforts, and assisting with administrative tasks.

- Provide excellent customer service to current residents and address any concerns promptly and professionally.
- Complete leasing paperwork accurately and efficiently.
- Actively participate in marketing initiatives to attract new residents.
- Assist with administrative tasks and property management duties as needed.
- Strong sales skills with the ability to lease apartments at fair market value.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to address concerns of current residents effectively.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to take on various tasks.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
