Position Purpose
Work with the Senior Finance Manager and Director of Governance and Finance to set up and oversee the financial record keeping of the association. This position supports the Senior Finance Manager in ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local legal requirements.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Administrate all payments, invoices, taxes and expense reports
- Prepare financial transactions using QuickBooks Online
- Preparation of monthly profit and loss statement, balance sheet, and journal entries for monthly audit by accountant.
- Maintain and reconcile bank and association debit card accounts
- Administrate all payroll related activities :
o including 401K contributions
o Monitor payroll tax processing and communicate with payroll service(s) about new state and country tax set up.
o Ensure payroll tax compliance
o Maintain workers’ compensation documentation, compliance and auditing
