Our Arlington, TX facility needs a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to lead a diverse team and keep our operations running at full capacity. Analytical Problem Solver : You don't just "fix"; you dig deep to find root causes, evaluate optimal solutions, and make meaningful recommendations.
The Day-to-Day :
Lead and supervise Mechanics , MRO, and Janitors on shifts.
Manage fleet vehicles and long-term car rentals as needed.
Oversee on-site contractors and conduct nightly security checks.
Conduct skilled trade testing and prioritize work order requests.
Supervise employees in completing maintenance and electrical repairs safely and efficiently.
Drive world-class preventative and predictive maintenance to ensure maximum equipment uptime.
Ensure employee compliance with Lockout Tagout (LOT) for safety.
What We're Looking For :
Good computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Knowledge of quality procedures and a strong attention to detail.
At least 2 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, ideally automotive.
Excellent judgment, decision-making, and communication skills .
Problem-solving skills, particularly in analytics and hydraulics.
Ability to multi-task and manage competing demands under pressure.
