Aviation Program Sales Representative

Location: Hybrid - Miami Based

Job Type: Contract

Compensation:Paid Internship

ResponsibilitiesSales Execution
  • Identify and convert leads into students for aviation programs.
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage and track sales pipelines effectively.
  • Create and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to prospective students.
Relationship-Building
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with prospective and current students.
  • Understand customer needs to provide personalized solutions that foster trust and loyalty.
Social Media Management and Customer Engagement
  • Leverage social media platforms to engage with potential students and answer inquiries.
  • Generate leads using targeted social media campaigns and outreach strategies.
Customer Interaction and Advocacy
  • Act as the key point of contact for prospective and current students.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries with accurate and helpful information.
  • Represent the school at promotional events, open houses, and outreach initiatives.
Aviation Industry Promotion
  • Advocate for the benefits of pilot training and aviation careers.
  • Serve as an enthusiastic representative of the aviation industry and the school.
Organization and Reporting
  • Maintain detailed records of all client interactions in CRM systems.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance to management.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and deadlines.
QualificationsProfessional Experience
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a customer-facing role.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and relationship-driven sales strategies.
Aviation Knowledge (Preferred)
  • Basic understanding of aviation terminology and training programs.
  • Current or former aviation student (preferred).
Technical Proficiency
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
  • Experience with aviation-specific software is a plus.
Interpersonal and Language Skills
  • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Fluency in English (required).
  • Bilingual proficiency (Spanish or another language) is a plus.

  • Flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
