Responsible for various accounts payable and operational duties such as, invoice review and prep, credit card statement reconciliations, and report generation.

- Review invoices, communicate with vendors to obtain W-9s, prep invoices for payment
- Reconcile credit card statements, fuel cards, Home Depot, process for payment
- Distribute Bi-Monthly Wire Transfer Memos, obtain Officer Review / Approval submit timely
- Process monthly restitution payments
- Assist with vendor acquisition and sending jobs out to bid
- Perform other duties as assigned
