- Performs all essential job functions assigned to a Support Services Specialist 1
- Troubleshoot lighting repairs, identify proper lighting needs, and replacement of bulbs
- Clean and maintain chandelier lighting which requires working on high ladders
- Maintain exterior through painting of poles, curbs, equipment, parking lines
- Infrastructure repairs such as door repair, ceiling tile replacement, ATM A / C replacement
- Grounds maintenance, debris removal, shrubbery and tree trimming
- Equipment and furniture repair
- Other related duties as assigned
