What are the responsibilities and job description for the Service BDC - ICL Autos - Stratham Campus position at International Cars LTD?
ICL Autos - Stratham Campus is looking for a detail-oriented person who enjoys talking on the phone with our customers in the Service Business Development Center. Successful candidates will be motivated, self-starting professional who wants a career opportunity in the automotive industry. This position is located at our Honda Stratham location, in Stratham NH. You will be working directly with our Audi and Honda dealership service Teams. The Business Development Representative is in charge of the first service impression and follow-up functions of the dealerships. Your primary responsibilities will include setting appointments and following up with unsold service recommendations. They will maintain a relationship with our customer base via e-mail and by phone to increase the dealership sales. This position does not require cold calls.
Compensation Package to include:
- Annual Profit Sharing Bonus up to $14,000

Requirements:
- Successful candidates will possess strong verbal communication skills and be highly organized.
- Work well within a Team Environment
- Computer proficiency with Internet based programs, great telephone manners are required.
- Ability to effectively respond to questions from managers, staff and customers.
- Must submit to a pre-employment background and drug screening.
- Must possess valid drivers license.
