Job Summary
Under the direction of the HAWP Director, the Marketing Administrator administers marketing efforts for all Healthy Aging and Wellness Programs (HAWP), including Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE), Legacy House Assisted Living, Adult Day Services, and the Congregate Meal Program. This position ensures all HAWP programs meet enrollment goals through targeted measurable marketing strategies, oversees all marketing and enrollment processes, supervises the HAWP marketing and enrollment team, and serves as a primary liaison, representing HAWP in the community. This position collaborates closely with the ICHS Marketing & Communications team.
Education - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, public relations or related field required.
Experience - Minimum five (5) years of experience in a marketing role for a health care provider, or in an information and referral resource role with an emphasis in senior services. Three years of management experience required.
Other Requirement(s) - Valid WA State Driver’s License, proof of insurance and means of transportation.
