Job Summary
This position is primarily responsible for providing interpretation services for PACE staff and PACE participants including providers, rehab team, pharmacy, behavioral health, nutrition, enrollment, social work, home care and other staff as needed. This position will also provide various administrative support services for the PACE program as well including scheduling appointments and coordinating care inside the PACE day center.
Education - High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience - At least one year as Interpreter in multi-cultural setting, medical setting preferred. One year working with the elderly or frail preferred.
Other Requirement(s) - DSHS Certified in Medical Terminology or must be obtain within three months of hire. Fluency in API language required, Mandarin or Cantonese preferred.
